To create your first deck:

1. Tap the "+" button on the home screen
2. Choose "Create New Deck"
3. Enter a name and select a color for your deck
4. Start adding cards by tapping "Add Card"
5. Enter the front (question) and back (answer) of each card

You can also import decks from the Library or from files.

Spaced repetition is a learning technique that shows you cards at optimal intervals based on how well you know them:

• Again: You'll see the card again very soon (resets your progress)
• Hard: You'll see it sooner than scheduled
• Good: You'll see it at the next scheduled interval
• Easy: You'll see it much later (extends the interval)

The algorithm adapts to your learning patterns, focusing more on cards you find difficult.

To download pre-made decks from our Library:

1. Go to the "Explore" tab
2. Browse categories or use the search bar
3. Tap on a deck to preview its contents
4. Tap "Download" to add it to your collection

Downloaded decks are stored offline and ready to study anytime.

Yes! Premium users can add rich media to cards:

• Images: Tap the image icon when editing a card to add photos from your library or take a new one
• Audio: Tap the microphone icon to record pronunciation or the speaker icon to add text-to-speech

Images and audio help create stronger memory associations.

To subscribe to BNT Flashcards Pro:

1. Open the app and go to Settings
2. Tap "Upgrade to Pro"
3. Choose your preferred plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime)
4. Confirm your purchase through the App Store or Google Play

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

iOS:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find BNT Flashcards and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android:

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
3. Find BNT Flashcards and tap "Cancel"

Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are processed through Apple or Google, depending on where you made your purchase:

• iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Visit Google Play order history

To restore your purchases:

1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase
2. Open BNT Flashcards and go to Settings
3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
4. Your subscription will be restored automatically

If your subscription doesn't restore, try signing out and back into your app store account.

To sync your data across devices:

1. Create a BNT Flashcards account (if you haven't already)
2. Sign in with the same account on all your devices
3. Your data will sync automatically when connected to the internet

Yes! BNT Flashcards is designed to work completely offline:

• All your decks and cards are stored locally on your device
• You can study, create cards, and track progress without internet
• When you reconnect, your progress syncs to the cloud automatically

This makes BNT Flashcards perfect for studying during commutes or travel.

To export your decks and data:

1. Go to Settings > Data & Backup
2. Tap "Export Data"
3. Choose the format (CSV or JSON)
4. Share or save the exported file

You can export individual decks or all your data at once.

Your data safety depends on whether you have an account:

• With account: Your data is backed up to the cloud and will be restored when you reinstall and sign in
• Without account: All data is stored locally and will be deleted with the app
